Tried to get title and tags for my camper three times always getting information requested still no results. Whole lot of run around and money for time lost at work.
Omg!! I tried to get the correct number to pay my 2016 taxes and that lady gave me a base number and told me to multiply it by this and that. So i called OceanSprings and the lady there was so kind. I asked her for the number and she gave me the total amount!! Its so discouraging when you have to handle business and you have mean people like her in the way!! I wish i knew her name!!!
why have a damn phone service and you never answer the phone i called over 15 times. Thats poor customer service service!!! I should not have not have to call a million times!
Poor customer service; unfriendly; when I called for information on what I needed to bring, I was given incomplete information which caused two trips to Pascagoula with my elderly father-in-law; called again after 1st trip at 345 for office hours, no one answered after 3 attempts; arrived at 425 and I counted 10 people in office and no lines but no one could answer the phone; Complained to Joe Tuck who was also unfriendly, unhelpful, no compassion and he said there is not a problem and then very rudely blamed the Tax Assessors Office for giving wrong information; Joe and and lady named "Beth" was 3 ft away laughing about me complaining as I stood ther with my elderly father-in-law proudly wearing his retired military hat. It was so sad and disappointing. I would rate lower then a "1" if I could. Someone needs to make some positive changes in that group and unfortunately it is not going to be our elected official "Joe Tucker".
Open hours don't seem apply to some. I've tried calling 8 times to get the proper information for my camaro tag, keep in mind they are opened from 8am till 430 pm and it's 840 now and I still haven't talked to someone !!! This is ridiculous
